Shipping:
We process our orders immediately (within 24hrs), most orders are received within 1 week. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Shipments do not go out on weekends, your order will be processed the following business day. If any changes need to be made on an order, please contact us immediately to avoid improper shipments/restocking fees. If you have not received your products within 2 weeks, please e-mail us to alert us there maybe a problem. Our shipments are handled efficiently, but sometimes human error does occur. Because our site is dedicated to helping the environment we try to incorporate that into all aspects of our business as much as possible. Our products are shipped with Green shipment practices, which means you receive your packages direct from the suppliers. This not only helps the environment by saving boxes, packing materials and the gas to deliver the packages , it saves the consumer money because we don't have to mark up our products to cover the cost of storage, labor, extra shipping costs and electricity. Our shipping rates are competitive. We feel it is the best option for the environment as well as our customers. Also, we use only quality products and the quality is not compromised because of our shipping methods. We do our very best to provide you with excellent customer products and shipping.
Returns:
We feel sure you will love the products you purchase from our site. In the event you do need to return a product, please email us. We will send you information on return labels and return packing slip. Returns/exchanges must be made within 20 days of shipment.(unless otherwise stated in the product descriptions)Robes, slippers, shoes and clothing that is soiled, has been washed, worn or damaged cannot be returned. If it is defective or damaged due to shipment, please let us know as soon as you receive the product (within 24-72hrs depending on manufacturers requirements) and we will be glad to refund your purchase or replace it. Skin Care products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Sheets, mattresses or bedding cannot be returned if opened due to hygienic reasons.
